Maintaining your yoga practice through the summer months in Toronto can sometimes be a bit tricky. Sure, you want to stay toned and keep calm, but after the long, cold winter, you want to maximize your outdoor time as much as humanly possible, and even the most light-soaked studio can’t match actually being in the great outdoors. Lucky for you, Toronto has a slew of outdoor yoga classes so you can stay in touch with your breath (and nature).
Here are Vv Magazine‘s picks for Toronto’s best outdoor yoga.
